We recently sold our home of 24 years in Sunshine Hills, Delta, with Darrell and Sharon acting as our seller’s agents. Darrell was positive and supportive from our initial meeting. He knows the market very well, and priced our home appropriately. Sharon’s knowledge of staging and her photography, enabled us to present our home at its best. The Poetkers acted as our seller's agent with the professionalism that they are known for with regards to competency, knowledge, and efficiency. However, they exceeded our expectations in a few areas that were key for us. First was the extremely short time we had to transform the house from a busy household with young children into a state that was fit for showing to prospective buyers. In five days, Sharon prioritized our activities and kept us focussed, while all the time being supportive and optimistic. Second was house staging. Sharon and Kate (the stager) brought staging materials and spent time and effort to physically arrange furniture. The end result was far more appealing than anything we could have done ourselves. Third was the extent to which they were tuned into our needs as a family going through this process. They treated us with respect, understanding, and calmness that helped us to cope with the intensity and emotion of selling our house. Asking the Poetkers to sell our house was definitely a finer choice for us.

Thank you very much for your patience and perseverance when
we were searching for our home. Our search literally went
over a year and a half. Beginning September of 2002 we started
looking, found our house and offered on it. Unfortunately,
our commercial property deal fell through at the eleventh
hour and we were not able to complete. You had already shown
us upwards of 30 houses at that point. When our other property
sold 8 months later, we contacted you again and kept looking.
The market had gone up considerably from the year prior and

Eventually, we ended up purchasing the very home in Panorama
Ridge that we had offered on the year before. We are extremely
