Thank you very much for your patience and perseverance when
we were searching for our home. Our search literally went
over a year and a half. Beginning September of 2002 we started
looking, found our house and offered on it. Unfortunately,
our commercial property deal fell through at the eleventh
hour and we were not able to complete. You had already shown
us upwards of 30 houses at that point. When our other property
sold 8 months later, we contacted you again and kept looking.
The market had gone up considerably from the year prior and
we began our search anew. You very patiently showed us many
houses in Sunshine Hills, Panorama Ridge, Cloverdale and Tsawwassen.
Eventually, we ended up purchasing the very home in Panorama
Ridge that we had offered on the year before. We are extremely
happy in our new home and confident in knowing that we were
absolutely informed about the market and what was available
to us at the time.
