There has been a recent increase in the fixed term rates as there was pressure in the bond market which increased the yields which had an impact on the mid & long term fixed rates.
The best rates we've seen:
1 year fixed = 2.55% 2 year fixed = 3.05%
3 year fixed = 3.45% 4 year fixed = 3.80%
5 year fixed = 3.85%

**THE TORCH RELAY**
It was a sight to be proud of! Thousands of North Delta residents lining the streets to see the torch go by. We felt thrilled to be part of it and it was so exciting to see
the great Spirit of our North Delta community.
There was Delta mittens, flags, coffee, hot chocolate, jugglers, and much cheering!
A firefighters breakfast and more!
