There has been a recent increase in the fixed term rates as there was pressure in the bond market which increased the yields which had an impact on the mid & long term fixed rates.

The best rates we've seen:

1 year fixed = 2.75%

2 year fixed = 3.05%

3 year fixed = 3.65%

4 year fixed = 4.09%

5 year fixed = 4.24%

5 year variable open = Prime + .80%

5 year variable closed = Prime +.60%
